I am much less fearful of wooly mammoths!

Seriously,

  • lost 10 lbs. in 3 weeks (about 6% of my body weight) without eating less.

  • sleeping longer/sounder

  • more energy and focus

  • enjoying all the foods that have been taboo since the late '70s

  • Most of all... the satisfaction of being able to resist being herded into unhealthy lifestyles by self - interested organizations, scientists, corporations, and government officials.-
