Choosing 5 items is hard.
My meals are often as follows:
Breakfast is either egg and bacon or a can of wild red salmon
Snacks at work are fruit and nuts
A good working lunch is roast chicken and various salad items (sometimes the chicken is swapped for canned mackerel)
Evening meal varies a lot but go-to items are liver, various seafoods, rib-eye steak, veal, venison, duck and this is with salad or steamed veggies
M&S 100% real orange and carrot juice is my go to juice for the fridge
My "concession" is 2 teaspoons of Green & Black's 100% organic cocoa powder, half a pint of hot organic whole milk and a teaspoon of real honey.
So my 5 most important items (in no particular order) are probably:
Omega-3 enriched eggs; Free range chicken; Wild red salmon; Chard; Cocoa (premium)
