If you've got RA perhaps AIP is the way to go? Wild salmon & fatty fish and greens. Yeah boring but my wife ate this for nearly a year.

That happened to me. Turns out I have fibromyalgia. This diet pretty much cured it. Those are also telltale signs of vitamin A toxicity (pre-yellow skin). Maybe you're eating too much liver or cod liver oil? Just an idea.
