If you've got RA perhaps AIP is the way to go? Wild salmon & fatty fish and greens. Yeah boring but my wife ate this for nearly a year.

I don't have RA but my thoughts on fruits are: I think people are generally confused by fruit. They get lumped in with vegetables a lot, but they aren't as nutrient dense and they also contain a lot of sugar. (They're "nature's candy" after all)... (more)

gluten causes inflamation, looks like the obvious answer to me. Bread makes my joints hurt too, so even as I eat the once in a while burger, I know I am going to hurt a little for a couple of days from it.
