Has anybody read it? Do you recommend it? I've been paleo for awhile now, but I'd like to get my personal weekly food budget in the $40/week or below range. Is the book worth the $20 (which for me at the moment is a fairly substantial purchase)? (more)

Buy about 20' of 5/8" nylon rope. Put a bow string knot (http://www.faqs.org/sports-knots/Search-Rescue/Bowstring-Knot.html) on each end. Find an overhead tree branch and wrap the rope around the branch so that the ends hang as low as you want... (more)
