In light of the recent events in Miami, I pose a couple questions. I remember during a nutrition lecture I once asked Mat Lalonde on the negative effects of cannibalism, of which I believe the answer was just to avoid brain consumption. In... (more)

Brilliant question. If you only chowed down on the "bbbbrrrraaaaiiiinnnssss" of Paleo Hackers, you wouldn't have to worry about the fish oil, cos we all have perfect n3:n6 ratios (like fuck we do). It would be a pity to survive the Zombie... (more)

I resonate with Robb Wolf's idea that a lot of western disease has an autoimmune component. Despite having no known autoimmune problems, I wonder if PCOS is a disease that may have autoimmune underpinnings. My symptoms have greatly improved (not... (more)

I suggest you read this post from MDA: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/lean-meat/ In it he talks about Cordain's view on saturated fat/fatty meats. Basically, fatty meat is delectable. Get in on it. The reason why people say "lean" is because most... (more)

Here's the idea: Set up a camp experience like in the recent 'I, caveman' show. It would be professionally designed. It would be designed as a hard, but not unconquerable experience. It would be designed to be at least as emotional an experience... (more)

He's doing one in the DC area in late July, and I was wondering if it's worth $200. Anyone ever attend one, or heard from someone who did?

Do you get a certification for that $200? If so no question, if not probably still worth it
