For example I don't cook the food for the same day. During my lunch break at work I go to the nearby store and buy the ingredients for 4 servings meal (we don't have kids yet) and I cook it after work - this is the dinner we will eat the next day... (more)

Does anyone have a set weekly rotation of meals? I'm trying to simplify my food buying, preparation, etc. A 7 day rotation may be pretty boring, but eventually I'll do a 2 week, 3 week and month rotation for more variety.

Wake up, work out, get ready for work, eat breakfast. If I work out in the afternoon: Get home, work out with a friend, cook dinner, eat dinner. I do all my work outs at home, so no added time spent going to or from the gym.
