Cocoa isn't really frowned upon really, just the sugar and additives sometimes added to chocolate. This is easy to get around, just get high quality stuff. I'd try to cut out splenda. Stevia may be better, I don't know for sure but I'd bet on it.... (more)

The nausea/vomiting all that time later is probably due to protein and is perhaps due to kidney insufficiency. I wouldn't repeat the experiment. Sorry, but I've never understood the point of such experiments.
