I buy the organic pre-washed greens from earthbound. Their 50/50 spinach/spring mix + left over turkey, tomato, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper BOOM awesome salad. Add feta for extra awesome.

i usually make my own dressing, which usually consists of EVOO, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and sometimes a bit of garlic. salsa and/or guacamole also works as an excellent salad dressing!

I would suspect it is the coconut oil since coconut oil can have a laxative effect.

macadamia nut oil is lower in pufas and n-6 than olive oil. It's a bit expensive, but it's what I use. Even though I don't really eat salads anymore...
