Add Salt to Coffee/Tea During Long Fast?

OK so pretty simple questions...sometimes when I do a 24 hour fast I get kind of light headed (and have to break it as I am "listening to my body"). I know from back when I was in ketosis that this was due to low sodium levels, however ketosis causes that to happen.

Has anyone tried adding some sea salt to their beverages during a fast such as this to help with any ill feelings?

Not true. It can be from either.

Maybe drink some coconut water at the very least.

I just add salt to my coffee on general principles. I had some weird symptoms after being paleo for a while and I figured out I needed more salt. I'm pretty sure paleolithic people were digging to stuff out of the ground and harvesting dried flakes on beaches long before there was any record.

"Light-headed" is due to low blood glucose levels, not low sodium levels.
