Does changing your natural skin characteristics by accident or by choice affect the synthesis of vitamin D3 by my skin? Scar tissues, moles, freckles, aren't the same as regular skin, but natural. Tattoos on the other hand are self inflicted... (more)

Vitamin d is formed at the outer most surface of the skin and not deep layers of the epidermis.

Alpha-hydroxy peels! If you want results, that is, and don't care so much about it being 'natural'. And time. :) Granted my pitting wasn't too bad, but it's almost completely gone now, and so is my pigmentation which was always the worse problem.... (more)
