I think your symptoms are caused by Histamine intolerance, so try to stick to low histamine foods and dont eat leftover meals. Also you could try taking additional digestive enzymes with your meals. Google histamine intolerance for more... (more)

Glutamine: Proven to heal the mucosa of the gut. Used directly to do so without metabolism. Lots of people have used it and found benefit.
