i personally have an 8 hour eating window but if i'm hungry outside of that to the point i'm dizzy, then i eat.

This is a very, very bro-ey thing to say, but the Vikings ate two meals, fueling a huge amount of physical activity. The non-Olympian really doesn't need to eat more than twice per day, unless you want to (in which case, have at it!).

What sort of blood sugar issues? If they're minor, I probably wouldn't worry, but if you're inching towards pre-diabetes, I would be doing some serious experimenting to find a breakfast that kept you satiated for more than 3 hours. I'd worry less... (more)

Yeah definitely stop fasting. Keep carbs pre and post workout everything else meat and veggies. If I were you I would stop doing WODS and start doing some strength training. You can't have "strength-endurance" unless you have strength, and... (more)

Well, I usually eat six times a day. The art of eating is to eat small amount but in a regualr interval. That helps to maintain a healthy and fit body.

i concur with annie. i also query whether the food you listed is in all likelihood less than 2000 calories. it doesn't sound like it to me. i could be wrong, though!
