Like this. Weight gain/ weight loss is all about calories, it does not matter at all macro ratios. If you want to be healthy, get those macros from healthy paleo foods. If things go wrong, your probably not eating enough carbs. (more)

I think this needs to include at least a portion explaining leaky gut and dysbiosis, and consequential poor nutrient absorption (thus malnutrition) even in a diet that provides adequate nutrition.

Crock pot some meat (beef, pork, turkey), it will last you all week. That's what I do for my kids, with some nut mix, carrot and cucumber slices... oh yeah, over a bed of baby spinach of course.
