Hopefully someone will answer this for you .. But my take on this is that heling the gut will allow you to absorb the nutrients from your food and this in turn will heal you skin at least to a large degree ... email me ..... (more)

You have to be careful not to create or exacerbate a copper deficiency as a result of supplementation. Simply having a zinc deficiency doesn't mean that you can't also be deficient in copper. If you're going to supplement, I'd recommend about 15mg... (more)

I have SD and it drove me nuts for years. I tried everything. Finally, the only thing that worked for me was Ketoconazole cream applied 2x daily. In two weeks I went to 1x every other day or so. Completely cleared it up.
