This doesn't seem to be touched on yet much so wanted to see if this was a good protein shake. It's non whey, soy, gluten and has nice protein yield from plants.

You may want to check out PlantFusion as an alternative to Vega. it contains pea, artichoke, sprouted quinoa, and sprouted amaranth. Although quinoa and amaranth are often called grains, they are seeds. Overall it should provide a complete... (more)

My mother-in-law just got a new Vitamix blender. She and my wife make shakes for breakfast. Both of them are trying to eat healthier. I'd like to know if their shakes are indeed healthy, if they should be doing this everyday, and what could make... (more)

I can't say for certain, but I would be very suspicious of anything commercial that came in a bag. My morning smoothie is either a homemade kefir + strawberries + stevia smoothie, or a greens + 1 raw egg + raw juice + water smooth with a... (more)

Nobody needs protein powder. It's not paleo. Mind you paleo isn't paleo anymore. Paleo moves closer to the SAD every day.
