This doesn't seem to be touched on yet much so wanted to see if this was a good protein shake. It's non whey, soy,gluten and has nice protein yield from plants.

Hey, Mario. If you digest dairy proteins fine, then casein should be of no issue with digestion either, as 80% of milk protein is casein (the other 20% is the beloved whey). The primary difference between casein and whey is the breakdown rate. ... (more)

Personally, I consider powdered protein shakes to be not very primal at all. I also do not consider them to be a meal replacement as they are not food as I consider food. Not to say I am always a perfect paleo eater, but I consider these shakes... (more)

raw egg smoothie, like Rocky, I have done this. Personally, a proper meal works best - based around tubers and protein post work out. A steak with plantain / sweet potato / parsnip / beetroot / squash / potato is my preference.

I had to google to find the ingredients, and I think I found the one you linked to. With that said, it looks like a green drink with a bunch of vegan protein sources. I wouldn't drink it, but to each their own.
