just guessing... possibly some sort of interaction with the vagus nerve which supplies nerves to the stomach & also passes through the diaphragm (through the same hole as the esophagus, the esophageal hiatus). (more)

I recommend that you try colostrum, it will strengthen your immune system, even if it comes from a cow, it has benefits for humans too. It's also good for stomach problems.

"swollen glands" refers to swollen lymph nodes. it's a symptom of infection. it means that something "upstream" of the swelling is infected. if it's in his neck it likely means a sinus infection or head cold. treat the cold and you can use... (more)
