How low carb are you? It's possible that your mucus production has been impacted, leaving you vulnerable to infections. Search for Paul Jaminet's writings on mucin and glycoprotein.

"swollen glands" refers to swollen lymph nodes. it's a symptom of infection. it means that something "upstream" of the swelling is infected. if it's in his neck it likely means a sinus infection or head cold. treat the cold and you can use... (more)
