So, I have read a few posts about people experiencing bad breathe and perspiration after they enter ketosis. Has anyone experienced the opposite? I have noticed in the last week or so, since I went back to a keto diet that my BO has gone away. (more)

The itching is probably from parasites, which are dying because of the lack of their preferred carbs. Take an herbal parasite remedy including wormwood and black walnut

Drink a lot of water. Soaking in a bathtub, preferably with epsom salts if you have that, really helps me. Nothing makes it all go away instantly, though, at least as far as I know. Eating anything I don't make is scary for me, so I do understand. (more)

According to Kresser and Wolf, not if you're doing gluten. So 80% might be ok, but not when it includes gluten.

I work in a restaurant kitchen with no AC. On hot days it can be over 100 and that is without standing in front of the fryer/melter/stove. I then crave weird foods and pour so much salt on my food that you'd think I was insane.

Drop some of the ghee and add carbs in, if you can tolerate them. It's not fatty acids causing your problem. You may not be eating enough.
