The itching is probably from parasites, which are dying because of the lack of their preferred carbs. Take an herbal parasite remedy including wormwood and black walnut

Sure, try a different Vit D delivery method like a sunbed. I also suggest trying to relax and not drive yourself mad over symptoms. The stress you generate wuth fretting will only create more health problems.

Sitting in a hot shower running over you. It is only a mask but it helps. I am a celiac. Usually when I ingest gluten (I am very careful not to) you just have to ride it out. I would drink a lot of water. Applesause. Hope you feel better soon. (more)

According to Kresser and Wolf, not if you're doing gluten. So 80% might be ok, but not when it includes gluten.

I work in a restaurant kitchen with no AC. On hot days it can be over 100 and that is without standing in front of the fryer/melter/stove. I then crave weird foods and pour so much salt on my food that you'd think I was insane.

I too am allergic to dairy and tried ghee, but it definitely bothers me...I get a tiny bit hivey from it, which is a much milder case of what happens when I eat dairy.
