Definitely possible... We can see this in cases where milk, gluten and sugars have been over consumed and in return inflammation occurs in the sinuses.

Gluten can create migraines, allergies, you name it. If it's better on gluten-free, then you were gluten-intolerant and you didn't know it. Just like 90% of us around here.

What is the mechanism through which magnesium clears someones sinuses? Mag citrate clears my sinuses better than anything else I have tried.

Go to a doctor. Antibiotics are not inherently bad for you. Don't misuse them and ask your doctor to test for ABRS before he places you on a course. This way you won't take antibiotics if you don't need them. You can also ask about a... (more)

Sinus infections would include mostly runny nose (lots of blowing nose). Should one keep blowing their nose, or let it run? Also it includes waking up with a clogged/stuffed nose. What would help this or cure this?

IIRC i think i heard something about using baby shampoo to rinse sinuses to break down biofilm.... may be worth looking into. also like others have mentioned neti-pots do a good job clearing normal sinus backup, not sure it kills bacteria though. (more)
