What is the mechanism through which magnesium clears someones sinuses? Mag citrate clears my sinuses better than anything else I have tried.

Mg Citrate is also used to clean up the colon before surgeries. It's simply a muscle relaxant, that's why your sinuses open up too.

Sinus infections would include mostly runny nose (lots of blowing nose). Should one keep blowing their nose, or let it run? Also it includes waking up with a clogged/stuffed nose. What would help this or cure this?
