@Alex and @pone - I looked up the Kuhn and it appears to be a stove top one. Do you prefer that to automatic? Do you have to watch it a lot while it's' in use? I was originally leaning toward stove top thinking it was more control... (more)

since eating according to the paleo diet allows you to absorb nutrients much more efficiently are you able to eat less than you normally would and stay healthy?

Eat until you're full. If that means eating 6 eggs and 6 pieces of bacon, go for it. Don't be afraid to change up your protein either. Eggs and chopped steak is also delicious (and lower in sodium & preservatives than bacon).
