Hey! I was lifting weights for awhile and saw no change, then I started lifting heavy weights and really pushing myself. Doing max weights. It really helped transform my body comp. Hope this helps a little, Hannah

Definitely do try the ghee/butter replacement. I'd recommend following a paleo autoimmune protocol if you're having a lot of problems with it. There's a lot of good books out there on paleo autoimmune protocols if you're not familiar with it.... (more)

Body weight is fine and I would say do to failure. Let each muscle group rest a day before you train it again. Good luck, and let us know what the results are!
