I eat low-carb and often fast throughout the day. I am a skinny guy but not underweight. When I don't fast and actually eat something at lunch time, I get sleepy and drowsy (which is why I fast in the first place, I need a clear head when I work).... (more)

I've been finding myself feeling sleepy even after I've had 8 hours of sleep. I'd sleep more if I could but my body cannot do more than 8. I've stopped vitamins, especially D, after 6pm. I try not to sleep with a full or empty stomach. My room... (more)

I have never met anyone else who does but if there is try Himalayan Pink salt and you'll be so pleased you did if you have any of the effects I did with refined salts. I'd love to hear of other fixes similar people may have found.
