6'1", 180 lbs, super thin and you're doing low carb Intermittent Fasting why exactly? Add carbs , calories and HIIT and don't do IF unless you're trying to cut.

Its quite impossible for me to wake up before sunrise in winter.Btw I need to go to college pretty early,so usually I skip the first lectures.How to wake up easier in winter. P.S.caffeinated stuff aggravates my acne.

Well, just a thought, but maybe your levels of serotonin is rising, similar to what happens when you first start an anti-depressant(an SSRI). That kind of sleepy is nice, contented kind of sleepy and it goes away as your body adjusts. (more)

I have never met anyone else who does but if there is try Himalayan Pink salt and you'll be so pleased you did if you have any of the effects I did with refined salts. I'd love to hear of other fixes similar people may have found.
