I second AlohaSpeck's reply. Increase your intake of dark, leafy greens. Try to make dinners that will have leftovers that you can eat in the morning (an egg alone is not enough for full nourishment, from what I have read about Whole30). I find... (more)

Detox/die off (yes they're real and anyone who doesn't believe in detox symptoms has never experienced them) most likely. Or you might have low stomach acid and various nutrient deficiencies.

Joint pain and fatigue can be symptoms of a dairy allergy. You should eliminate dairy for a while (2-4 weeks), re-introduce it and see if the symptoms return. If you experience something similar, then you most likely have a dairy allergy.
