drop the fish oil and eat fish a couple of times a week.The more "optimal" diet would be to eat varied, so menu 1 day 1, menu 2 day 2, etc.

Smoothies are not paleo, you don't need magic berries from the other side of the planet. Eat a small bit of liver each week - it's the only true superfood.

Sounds good, only suggestion is to remove the geo force because you cannot "remove heavy metals" from your body unless you undergo chelation therapy with EDTA infusion from a qualified healthcare provider who has previously diagnosed you with lead... (more)

I put two or three raw chicken egg yolks in my kale smoothie every morning and have for years. I get the eggs from a neighbor and have never had a problem. Just make sure the shells are clean before you crack them.

1/2 avocado, handful spinach or kale, 1/2-1 banana, 4-5 strawberries, 1tblsp flax, approximately 2/3 C coconut milk or until desired thickness. You can substitute any berry for the banana instead. This is so yummy.

I say just go for it. Eating it after a workout will have the least impact, but seriously we are talking about ONE banana here there are far worse things you could be eating instead.
