drop the fish oil and eat fish a couple of times a week.The more "optimal" diet would be to eat varied, so menu 1 day 1, menu 2 day 2, etc.

Smoothies are not paleo, you don't need magic berries from the other side of the planet. Eat a small bit of liver each week - it's the only true superfood.

Pumpkin soups are delish--use bone broth or stock as a base, add some fresh herbs & seasonings to the pot while it's simmering, and mix the pumpkin in. Adding in some cooked shredded meat would be good too.

Would a bulletproof tea work? I've switched out one of the coffee's for tea and make it this way. I steep it for about 20 minutes, pour into a blender with ghee, and some coconut oil. Tastes pretty good, and you can add some turmeric too.
