I am travelling 8 hours tomorrow with no time to stop anywhere. Does anyone have good ideas for paleo friendly snacks and meals that I can eat on the way? (Besides the usual raw veggies, fruit, hard boiled eggs, beef jerky etc).

Cranberries are low in sugar and high in carbs compared to other dried fruits. Trick is finding them without added sugar.

Larabars and bagged nuts are easy "on the go" snacks. At home, I always keep a batch of kale chips handy as well as pork rinds and salsa. My newest favorite is cauliflower hummus and dipped veggies.
