Just starting Paleo. How many times a day do you typically eat? I am used to eating 6 times a day, 3 meals and 3 snacks. I am not sure about eating high fat 6 times a day. Help please!

Eat when you are hungry. Eat as much as you want. I used to eat the way you describe. Measuring and counting. LOL Now, I eat twice a day, as much as I want. Your body will adjust when you get off the carb merry-go-round.

Is there a refidgerator in the office? Keep nautral (Paelo OK) cold cuts in the fridge, they are easy to grab, you can even make pinwheels out of turkey and Roast beef, etc. If you don't - what about beef jerkey?

No-cook options: avocados, jerky, olives, nuts (coconut, walnuts, anything really), cucumbers, carrots. Cooked options that "don't smell": cooked sweet potato "chips" (just baked fries, really), cooked veggies of any kind.

Peanut butter is NOT Paleo! Peanuts are legumes, not nuts. Choose almond or macadamia or coconut butter, much better options. Other high-fat snacks: olives, bacon, avocados, canned sardines.

As long as you're eating out of hunger and not boredom, you're good. Just make sure you're eating paleo and you have nothing to worry about.

NO, If you're losing weight then fat probably isn't going to do much in helping you gain that weight back. I'd turn to something along the lines of potatoes if what you're looking for is weight gain
