If you need to grab something to eat from starbucks, go for their protein plate: Peanut butter, eggs, cheese, apple, grapes -- or their chicken plate: chicken, lettuce, apple.

No-cook options: avocados, jerky, olives, nuts (coconut, walnuts, anything really), cucumbers, carrots. Cooked options that "don't smell": cooked sweet potato "chips" (just baked fries, really), cooked veggies of any kind.
