I've been on Paleo for a few days now and I'm kind of getting sick of just drinking water. Is diet Dr. Pepper alright?

I'm curious what you think a "Paleo diet" is if you have to ask a question like that? I'm not being flip or mean-spirited, I'm genuinely curious. Yours is not the first question like that, so it makes me think that there are some "Paleo"... (more)

Is club soda allowed on this diet?

While I am not in agreement with the whole allowed/not allowed thing, carbonated water with no added sugar should be fine. Try to go for a naturally sparkiling mineral water, that's even better.

I for some reason cannot comment on the above, which I upvoted... but yup pour vinegar down there doesn't have to be much, OR what I usually do as I never seem to have vinegar on hand, is a kettle full of boiling water. That'll clear it out.

So I stopped using shampoo and soap. It has been a week and a half, and I have used baking soda and ACV every 3 days or so (I'm male with medium length, ultra fine hair) to deal with the intense greasy feeling in my hair. That 3rd day I wouldn't... (more)

As the title says, I like Zevia and it seems to be a fairly naturally based product that shouldn't cause a crazy insulin response or dissolving your bones. But it isn't water or tea either so....? Drink it or not?

Can't find an ingredient label, but if Stevia is the only thing in there besides flavoring and carbonated water, it's nothing to worry about. Stevia doesn't spike insulin either, btw.
