I've been on Paleo for a few days now and I'm kind of getting sick of just drinking water. Is diet Dr. Pepper alright?

As the title says, I like Zevia and it seems to be a fairly naturally based product that shouldn't cause a crazy insulin response or dissolving your bones. But it isn't water or tea either so....? Drink it or not?

I really doubt that baking soda can harm enamel via pH. You might have an argument for abrasiveness, but I doubt the pH is going to be a problem. We're talking baking soda, not lye. You can drink baking soda water. You can put it on your skin.... (more)

I have the same problem. I get one strong hiccup as soon as I swallow cold soda. sometimes food makes it happen too. Well, at least im glad to know that I'm not alone. I stay away from soda now, or drink it extra slow and careful.
