I would eat this: http://www.bluebonnetnutrition.com/product/41/100%25_Natural_Whey_Protein_Isolate_Powder And would perhaps mix it with coconut milk. ALso take Coconut oil. I would encourage you to take eggs if possible and fish oil. (more)

I know why this is going on, I've been dealing with eating issues my entire life. It's not that I don't like eating, it's that...I can't eat solid foods. It's not in the digestion entirely, though my stomach does have issues with digesting it... (more)

What's the paleo view on paediatric diet? When should infants be weaned from breastfeeding to a diet primarily of animal product?

If you look at tribes, you'll see that infants are commonly breastfed until 4-5 yrs of age.

My friends baby is 16 months old and is still only drinking formula, no solids. Is this ok? Is there any kind of health risk in waiting too long to start solids? The mother said her baby doesn't like solids and she can't get her to eat them. Also... (more)
