I was feeling really tired yesterday afternoon, my throat is not necesseraly sore, but feels like it's about to get that way, and my muscles are sore even though I haven't been exercising. Could it be the flu?

I love drinking unsweetened cocoa in hot water, and eating the odd bit of dark chocolate. My throat is always a bit sore afterwards, why might that be? Something irritating about chocolate?

Dave Asprey of Bulletproof coffee fame suggests that mycotoxins (aka mold) can be a problem with chocolate. You may want to experiment with higher quality sources and see if that helps. (more)
