You could do both man. Hopefully your back isn't so sore that you can't run some sprints. As long as it goes away once you warm up, and isn't still painful, then do the sprints. However, with that being said, make sure you're not eating... (more)

Works for me all the time: warm water and about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper -- gargle with it every 15 minutes or so for a couple hours. It almost always clears my sore throat up before the two hours is up.

Dave Asprey of Bulletproof coffee fame suggests that mycotoxins (aka mold) can be a problem with chocolate. You may want to experiment with higher quality sources and see if that helps. (more)

From what I've read, gluten intolerance (or just allergies and inflammation in general) can cause everything from a headache to cancer. So, sure, itchy eyes seems pretty straight forward.
