It isn't with regards to the PUFA content, it is such a negligible amount. Some people with soy allergies say that they react to even a small amount, but if you aren't super sensitive it probably isn't a big deal. Dose makes the poison, most of... (more)

Definitely the Soybean oil. Rice is pretty benign, especially in comparison.
