I got some soysprouts from my local ASIAN vendor. I think here its even organic. Do soysprout have a different effect like soy in gerneral? maybe i should lacto ferment them to get the evil side effects from soy away? Actually im quite cool.... (more)
Definitely the Soybean oil. Rice is pretty benign, especially in comparison.
