For me, fiber causes my bowels to cramp and collect gas that is produced when it ferments. I would try limiting fiber because it only took about 3 days for me to see a change. Have you tried replacing the starch with low fiber fruit? Grapes or... (more)

Are you supplementing Magnesium? If not, I would suggest 200-600 mg Magnesium Citrate before bed. Have you tried laying off the supplemental fiber? If you are eating a reasonable amount of veggies, there should be no need for more fiber &... (more)
