I have a home gym and do intense 1-1.5 hour lifting sessions 3 days a week, but my home gym is too small to sprints. Any ideas?

This might be a weird question but since I started sprinting my right food has been having these waves of heat. It's not painful just a strange feeling. It's usually occurring while I'm sitting at my desk. It also feels as though I need to "pop"... (more)

Thanks for all the answers. I actually found out I have a pinched nerve in my foot. Basically I need to chill out for a bit on the sprinting until I can figure out how to fix this.
