I think most of us go through periods like this. No, I don't think you should force yourself to eat. You have access to food, you want to eat, you're just not feeling it when you try. Make some bone broth to sip, make some other soups and not... (more)

I am 32, 5'10" currently 217lbs at a size 12. I know that sounds pretty chunky, but it's not too terrible on me. I really do have a very large frame. Nine years ago I was over 320lbs and a size 26. I went low carb/Atkins route and lost most of... (more)

Cheese (especially a soft cheese like cream cheese), peanut butter and Atkins bars are classic problem foods for many. The peanut butter and the bars are not paleo. I would lose all of those immediately and figure out some better options for... (more)

Am I insane, or can it be done in a healthy way? I have a few reservations, hence the question. I'm 5'6, 19 years young, and am trying for daily workouts (strength training) with cardio for a half hour every other day. Today's intake ratio of... (more)

Hi Smiley, I was listening to a Robb Wolf podcast the other day and what you are describing is basically due to cortisol probably due to over training. You may also be eating too little carbs for your activity level. You may want to try eating... (more)

Hi All, I've been Paleo for about 18 months. During the first year I lost about 120lbs and 25% body fat. For the last 6 months I've been stuck at the same weight. By my guess I'm still about 40-50lbs overweight. What can I do to break this... (more)

Mix up your workout routine - that got me out of a rut a while back and now I constantly switch things around. One thing I like to do as well, is not stick to a routine. I do what I feel like doing each morning. Of course, I don't exaggerate and... (more)
