What does your grocery list look like? Mine is mostly:- eggs- lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, crab - green veggies- coconut oil- avocado - blueberries- macadamianuts

I am transitioning to high carb to support my training... Any foods high in carbs, low on glycemic index and high in micronutrients to base my diet around. P.S I don't have any intolerances

things I eat mostly every day: bananas, coconut oil, zucchini, mushrooms, meat, canned tuna, kefir I use trader joe's coconut oil. it's dirt cheap and tastes the same as the expensive brands.
