Are the Starbucks Caramel K-cups paleo?

Just to chime in, in response to the initial answer: There is only one Evolution Fresh juice with added protein - Protein Superfruit. None of their other juices have protein added. Only the "Hydration" juices in the Evolution Fresh line have... (more)

I was at Starbucks where everything is overpriced, but I've seen this other places as well. At the checkout, there's a basket of bananas for $1.00 each. I can buy an entire bunch of bananas for $1.20 just down the street. So what's the deal? Are... (more)

I'm not a regular Starbucks patron and even got into a fight with my mom about it once (we were in a cute little beach town with tons of locally owned options yet she insisted on going to Starbucks...), but there have been occasions when I've been... (more)

If you just want their coffe, get it black. Starbucks actually has some decent brews that do not need to be diluted with cream. If you are getting a latte, then by default they use 2%. But you can ask for others: Skim, 1%, 2%, Whole, Heavy... (more)

So, as I was pulling up to get my latte this morning, the baristas were handing out samples of their new refreshers. I thought it tasted pretty good. I didn't feel like I was pouring straight cane syrup down my throat. I've been looking at the... (more)

Why wouldn't you just make them at home minus the sweeteners? All you'd need is a muddler and a tall glass. Heck, you could make a whole pitcher of them for what one of these would cost, lol. Seltzer water Fruit Crushed mint It's basically a... (more)

I loved that I used to be able to walk in to a Starbucks, order my coffee, and request that they put heavy cream into it for me. A few months ago, I noticed they were using a different heavy cream container. It used to be light blue, the new... (more)

I have a small bottle that I fill with coconut milk when I'm going to an espresso place. Tastes just as good in my coffee as cream does (and I'm off dairy anyway).

They also have a Protein Platter with a hard boiled egg, cheese and other stuff. There are some crackers I throw out, but in a pinch, it works. If they don't have the Protein Platter I go with the Fruit and Cheese platter. It usually has apple... (more)
