body prob wants more starches and needs them if you are working out 4-5 times a week... have you tried higher fat, moderate protein and carb? this keeps me full, eating 2 meals per day.

Is there an optimal time of day to consume carbs? Do you run into problems with blood sugar when consuming carbs with meals that are higher in fat than other meals? More carbs from fruit, "safe starches", or a little of both?
