That sounds pretty much like I began. And gradually it wrecked my digestion and energy levels. Adding back in white potatoes, white rice and mung bean noodles sorted me out. But I do regret the low carb year.

Are you now eating something you have not eaten before, i.e. more nuts, shellfish/fish, etc? There may be some allergies, keep a food journal for a bit and see how you go. Possibly a better idea before you start supplementing straight away.

Fruit should not be a problem in moderation. It may, in fact, allow you to feel more comfortable with your meals in general. If you do have sugar addiction issues, that would be a different story.
