I'm currently thinking about doing a whole30 and would love to have a "team" to do it with. Support is great. Someone to bounce ideas, problems, stories off of is amazing. :)

Are you now eating something you have not eaten before, i.e. more nuts, shellfish/fish, etc? There may be some allergies, keep a food journal for a bit and see how you go. Possibly a better idea before you start supplementing straight away.
