It's been two years since I've been completely Paleo. I was in the best shape of my life, but I fell off the wagon. Can any recent Paleo beginners give some advice on how to jump in?

You need sub 30g-50g carbs to keto it up. Full throttle is ~58g of carbs (sugar!) before you even eat food for the day.
