In order to have a little broth every day, I freeze mine in mason jars. (don't fill them all the way up or they will crack). Then I keep one thawed jar in the fridge, and defrost a frozen one when the fridge one is almost gone.

For months I fried a small oyster with a strip of bacon for breakfast every day. Sometimes I'd chop the oyster into an egg and cook a small omelet with the bacon. Never any stomach problems.

Your list does resemble FODMAPS, just because you can't handle some doesn't mean you can't handle all. I know someone who can't have a single apple because of the fructose or even avocado because of the polysaccharides, but no issues with beans (more)

I know exactly how you feel ! Have you heard of Fodmaps or the low fodmap diet ? Save yourself some discomfort and check it out !! pay special attention to the vegetable section...and of course you can suit the low fodmap diet into paleo .

It's either a stomach flu or food poisoning. Load up on a multi-strain probiotic that contains at least 20 billion organism twice a day on an empty stomach....this should help a lot....give it another day or so, it should resolve.

If the pain is on your right side, just under your ribs that could be your gal bladder trying get bile out. Have you talked to your doctor about checking your gal bladder to make sure you don't have any gal stones?
