I'm dealing with that at the moment and it's what's brought me here. A whey protein shake will have me literally passed out in 20 minutes. It's almost as bad with a large burger and salad. I can happily eat 100 grams of jelly beans and have no evident effect up or down. I'm assuming it's hypoglycemia caused by the protein with a lack of carbs to balance it.
