many soft fruits like pears, apples, and peaches are high in fructose which can be bloating. maybe stick to citrus or berries. and if you must do cheese on your eggs, choose a lactose-free one like swiss.

Costco sells fish oil in enteric coated capsules. This means they break down until they get to your small intestine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enteric_coating). They have a kind of gross vanilla flavor to them, though.

Does anyone know how long it takes for any extra calories to move from your stomach to adipose tissue? That is, how long after a meal can you be reasonably sure that it won't have any more of an affect on your visible body composition? (more)
