many soft fruits like pears, apples, and peaches are high in fructose which can be bloating. maybe stick to citrus or berries. and if you must do cheese on your eggs, choose a lactose-free one like swiss.

Are you familiar with the FODMAP diet? Google knows far more about it than I ever could, but the gist of it is removing certain vegetables that have a tendency to cause bloating, gas, and the like. FODMAP stands for types of foods (mainly sugars)... (more)

I would suspect stress/anxiety considering when the problem started. It could possibly also be the industrial seed oils the foods at school are cooked in or the fact that you are eating more raw veggies. But it's probably anxiety/stress. (more)
