They don't sit well with you mentally or physically? Because if it is a problem with taste, you can chop the liver/kidney up and mix into a meatloaf or burger patties. You won't be able to taste it.

You stomach is not really empty, but is already full. When the water arrives it has to leave fairly quickly, starting within 5 minutes into the small intestine, and more or less all gone in half an hour.

What about low stomach acid? Do a search on the web about it. There's a homemade test with asking soda you can try that may give you the answer or better yet talk to your doctor about it and possible he could test you.

I have celiac and low stomach acid. I have been incredibly sick and I am finding at the moment what is working for me is having 2 meals a day and space them out so my poor tummy has time to digest the food and it appears to be working for me. (more)

Take liquorice root powder with a little water a few times a day. About half a teaspoon. If you do have h. pylori, it will help kill it off and keep it from getting worse. But definitely get tested for it!

I do most of my runs, lifts, and sprints on an empty stomach. You will not loose muscle by exercising in a fasted state. It is far more important what you do after your exercise. Get enough protein, get enough food, get enough sleep! (more)
