If you eat cooked veg, this is a likely outcome. It took me a long time to discover that all veg or fruit which, when cooked, have a sweet taste, cause me to bloat gassily. When I dropped them from my diet altogether for a while, then slowly... (more)

I agree with VB about cooking meat slow and low. I also don't see a problem with cooking with olive oil at lower temps. If you are coming from a vegan diet, I think you said 5 years, it's possible that your body could need time to adjust. Have... (more)

Has anyone experienced stomach pains after eating liver? Also, does anyone know what is the reason for this?

Is it only after liver? Or do you experience the same symptoms after foods like cheese or shellfish? It could be that you're sensitive to histamine.

Could you get a blood glucose meter and check your fasting, then before a meal, right when you feel dizzy and then an hour and 2 after? Rule out blood sugar issues (even while vlc, it can happen) then we can it down.
