It could be a sensitivity to a particular food. Your best bet is to start keeping track of exactly what you're eating and when, and when you have symptoms. You could also do a "clean" version of the diet and gradually add things back in to see if... (more)

Yup, switch some of the carbs/proteins for more fats. Things like coconut oil, avocado, grassfed butter, red palm oil, bacon, ribs, etc.

Could you get a blood glucose meter and check your fasting, then before a meal, right when you feel dizzy and then an hour and 2 after? Rule out blood sugar issues (even while vlc, it can happen) then we can it down.
