Hello, I've been eating primal/paleo since around Thanksgiving (7 weeks). I tried paleo in March of last year but that didn't last long. I've gone from weighing 225lbs down to 205lbs which I'm pretty pumped about. I seem to have more energy,... (more)

Maybe it would help to eat more live sauerkraut, yogurt and pickles and skip some of the nuts for awhile. Sounds like your intestinal bacteria are confused right now!

It's good you are seeing a doctor. I agree with Nance. Another thing you have to do is STOP being on a restrictive diet. You have to eat and if it's non-paleo food that's better than starving. Ice cream, milk shakes, anything. Have you ever... (more)

I've had gastritis and it can be pretty disturbing. But, you can heal it with diet and proper nutrition. My first advice is to get off all PPI medication, if you on it. All the acid blockers compound and actually create the condition. Second,... (more)

Costco sells fish oil in enteric coated capsules. This means they break down until they get to your small intestine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enteric_coating). They have a kind of gross vanilla flavor to them, though.
