I enjoyed Keith's talk - I had no idea he used to work for a pharmaceutical company - very interesting to hear his perspective on things

I watched his talk :-) It was diffrent a bit from the title... He mentioned that just because you look great or are a world class athlete that does not mean you are healthy. He discussed the intersection of health and performance.
