Does stress raise blood sugar? Does high blood sugar raise stress? Is there something that causes stress and high blood sugar? Or Is there no correlation between blood sugar and stress?

What you described - it happens to my tongue when I have food that contains too much MSG. Glugging water throughout the day usually solves the problem in one to two days.

As someone who truly is OCD, I have found a paleo diet significantly reduces the "did it check it pangs" I have had for as long as I remember. They come back after a weekend where my diet slips up.
