I have been doing strict Paleo for the last 4 weeks. The only exceptions -- daily -- 1 scoop whey protein powder after and/or between CrossFit WODs, morning coffee, and sugar free chewing gum -- None of this is new to my diet, either. Before... (more)
I started eating paleo in January (about 4months ago) and felt amazing. The 15% would be the occasional side of white rice or a little goat cheese). I decided to try a 30-day strict paleo challenge to ween my way off sugar a bit and I'm finding my... (more)
Trying to gain weight whilst maintaing a strict paleo diet has proven very tricky. Been drinking a lot of Banana and Avocado smoothies however, avocados are deffo expensive in the mersey. Is there anything else I could try on, trying to stay away... (more)
You could try with nuts, high in fats, and dried fruits like dates, raisins and prunes (although the best nuts are also the most expensive ones...). They are the most nutrition dense and adhere to paleo. Beware that they could bring up your hunger... (more)
I ask this question because my friend who is paleo thinks I'm too restrictive since I choose not to eat grains, dairy, veggie oils, legumes, soy, and corn. He eats peanut butter, butter/cream, white rice, and adheres from grains only like 80% of... (more)

Been strict paleo now for 3 months and have great days and not so great days. Plan on doing an all meat trial for 2-3 weeks to see how I feel. I plan on only eating organic meat so I will be eating plenty of animal fat. Anything that I need to... (more)
Ordered a Quarter of natural grass finished moo cow. Going to all meat for 30 days and blog it I think, with photos. I'm already pretty lean, but I think it will take me from soft pack to 8 pack, we will see I won't be eating offal, but fatty and... (more)
