I get a pedicure or a manicure. Unfortunately, my relationship with food is still horrifyingly precarious and if I reward myself with food, I will spiral out of control very easily.

soups, stews and chili are usually pretty safe bets. sauces do great, too. individual portions of casseroles like the butternut squash lasagne recipes that have been posted in a few paleo blogs recently go well. meatballs.
