You could get liquid minerals. I use the Concentrace Brand and I squirt a bit into my R/O water. I'm not so sure the sugar cravings are related to this. Usually with sugar cravings, ALA and L-Glutamine powder help. You'd take the ALA... (more)

Can I just say be careful with Iodine supplements unless your Dr did a 24 hour iodine urine output test/challenge you could be taking the wrong thing especially if you are TPO antibody positive...( you really need to find this out). Just because... (more)

If the tea helps you I guess there's no problem in having one or two a day, indeed seems that has a good ton of antioxidants and it may be better than coffee. Just have good quality organic loose leaves and please do not use any sugar on it... (more)
