The only supplements I take are vitamin D, and a calcium + magnesium (2:1 in favor of calcium). I just don't know how much to take at what time (the reason I'm supplementing lots of calcium is because I'm young, and don't respond we'll to casein) (more)

Depending on the sourcing of your food you may benefit from omega-3 supplementation as well. I supplement vit d and omega 3 daily because I cannot afford the more organic etc meat sources and so the omega 3 helps balance my 3:6 balance.

Google: Cronometer. But yes, 1 pound of 80% lean ground beef is 250% DV Zinc. 1 pound of ground lab is 151% DV Zinc. Zinc supplementation on paleo is odd I think, we get more than enough, unless you're ODing on copper via liver. (more)

Even with your BCAA supplement, I dont think you are in danger of having excess protein in your system if you are only consuming 60 grams of protein daily. 60 grams is pretty low IMO--unless of course, you only weigh 60 pounds.
