i take 400-600 daily and have found this to really help my stress, anxiety and sleep. i take 200-300 in the AM and the same thing before bed. i would start at 100mg 2x a day and build from there, if you take too much at once it'll make you poo. (more)

7.7 ng/ml is a super-low level. Personally, I aim for 50-80 ng/ml. I would definitely take 10,000 IUs daily for at least 3 months & then retest. If IEs=IUs, then 20,000 a week is not going to be enough.
