I'm not really much of a breakfast person, but I take a few supplements in the morning that require you to have something in your stomach. I've read that often it's because the supplement needs fat to better enter your sytem. Would it be ok... (more)

Depending on the sourcing of your food you may benefit from omega-3 supplementation as well. I supplement vit d and omega 3 daily because I cannot afford the more organic etc meat sources and so the omega 3 helps balance my 3:6 balance.

I feel like the paleo diet doesn't really offer magnesium sources, which is cray cray. I mean if it's essential and all, a supplement shouldn't be necessary if one isn't eating ant-nutrients. But it seems like the only sources of magnesium... (more)

It will freeze a little, but that is not a problem, in fact it is often used as a way to extend shelf life and reduce the fishy flavor. So don't worry about it.
What are your thoughts on this pre-workout supplement? It gives you the energy to work out without the crash of energy stimulants. Other pre workout supplements on the market are not only caffeine/sugar laden but have actually be proven to cripple... (more)
There are a lot of spelling mistakes and typos in your advert: hetic, recieving, caffienated, thats, etc. Why do we need more than meat and fresh produce? I think it's tacky to advertise in your first post on paleohacks.

I supplement with the BCAA L-Luecine daily. I am concerned that may cause excessive protein production in my system, which would kick me out of ketosis. I realize L-Luecine is an amino acid and only a "building block" of protein, but if I am... (more)
Even with your BCAA supplement, I dont think you are in danger of having excess protein in your system if you are only consuming 60 grams of protein daily. 60 grams is pretty low IMO--unless of course, you only weigh 60 pounds.

I hate the taste. I was using them and switched to bone broth and mineral rich foods instead. I did add them to broth for awhile and they were much more palatable. Could not do it in water. Salty broth masks the taste better.
