I have a 2mg boron glycinate supplement with no additives other than cellulose.Needed to create 100mcg doses of this and was wondering if I can dissolve this powder with either oil or water in a dropper bottle? I've done this before with K2 liquid... (more)

i have had the exact same thing happen with enteric coated peppermint capsules. the brown little shells would come out broken in the toilet but i knew they opened in my colon because it felt like toothpaste coming out my butthole.

I thought that maybe i needed to supplement zinc and found that it has twice made me vomit and feel very nauseated. Does this mean i dont need zinc?

Does the zinc taste bad in the mouth? That may indicate you don't need it.
